It is now 40 years since my journey into Complimentary Health Care began. Mamy studies and courses ranging from Alexander to Zen finds me confidently and competently offering help as a Remedial Therapist for a wide range of problems.

For many folk Bowen Therapy is an answer to pain, Hypnotherapy is helpful for phobias, emotional problems and life changes. Emotional Freedom techniques and NLP are other options.

I am happy to help individual people or lead groups through Relaxation and Life Management techniques.
